38階にあるイタリアンダイニング「ケシキ」では、歴史上の人物と食を結びつけ、イタリアの食文化を紐解く期間限定メニューを3回に渡ってご用意します。

5月12日（日）までは、イタリア フィレンツェからフランスに嫁ぎ、西洋料理の基礎を築いたといわれる「カトリーヌ ド メディチ」をテーマにしたスペシャルコースをご提供しています。「リコッタチーズとほうれん草のカネロニ」や「鰆のオリーブオイルコンフィ」、「メリンガータ」など珠玉の料理をぜひご賞味ください。

Italian dining “K'shiki” will be offering a special menu inspired by the greatest historical figures from April to October.
For the first period, we are offering a special course invoking "Catherine de’ Medici", who made a significant contribution to establishing Western-style culinary elements. Enjoy special dishes such as Cannelloni with Ricotta Cheese & Spinach, Spanish Mackerel Olive Oil-Confit, and Meringata.
