Last week in São Paulo, Brazil, was one of the “WTF do I do here?!” moments in a scene that is filled with incredibly talented individuals, but the background and setting is all messy. So you wait. Wait...wait some more. Then as if somehow magical, suddenly a circus performer is twirling in space of greeness, two other performers behind are walking on stilts, and for whatever reason, an acrobat is about to be lifted into the air. It’s not like we reinvent photography during these daily events...it’s just a picture at a moment of time. Sometimes, in all the complexities to make a photograph have purpose, within one frame, the universe gives.
