What an incredible experience. ⁣⁣⁣ - ⁣⁣⁣ Over the weekend, @jaredpobre and I were lucky enough to attend the first ever GOOP Escapes Retreat at @blackberry.mountain. A huge thank you to @goop and the lovely @gwynethpaltrow for inviting us.⁣⁣⁣ - ⁣⁣⁣ We spent the entire weekend focusing on our wellness and connecting with the most amazing people. It was so special to recharge amidst the incredible backdrop of Blackberry Mountain. ⁣⁣⁣ - ⁣⁣⁣ Our first day at the retreat was jam-packed with work to improve our minds, bodies and souls. ⁣⁣⁣ - ⁣⁣⁣ Here are some of the wonderful things that I did on Day 1:⁣⁣⁣ - ⁣⁣⁣ ✨A movement medicine class with the amazing @loroxburgh, focused on body, mind and heart. ⁣⁣⁣ ✨ A one-on-one session with “mind architect” @petercroneofficial to shift my mindset and let go of limiting beliefs. His speciality is in helping people reach their full potential, and I felt a new sense of inspiration after our session. ⁣⁣⁣ ✨The most amazing facial - that was so much more than a facial bc it included cranial release, lymphatic massage and more - from @anastasiaachilleos. I left looking like I had gotten a face lift!⁣⁣⁣ ✨A magical #soundbath to heal our bodies and realign our energy.⁣⁣⁣ ✨A bouldering session, which was both challenging and fun!⁣⁣⁣ -⁣⁣⁣ It was truly the most magical day.
