During a consultation, while my feet were soaked in a warm foot bath, a therapist asked me about any aches and pain or areas to focus on? I explained that my main problem area is always my right hip and shoulders from carrying my 16kg two year old son. The therapist then developed a massage attuned to my specific needs, easing any back, neck, shoulder and lower leg pain along with lymphatic drainage to ease the discomfort of bloating. I loved that the therapist let me choose the oil for my body, as fragrance can make me feel nauseas. Selecting the music sound level was also a nice touch. The other highlight for me was being able to choose the most comfy position for my huge baby bump.🤰 The prenatal massage can be performed face down with the support of a pregnancy cushion or while lying on the side. I changed between both positions so I was super comfy throughout the entire massage.
