So...a little over a week ago I fell from 4m on the edge of the crash pad and injured my ankle. I knew it was nothing serious and my physio confirmed it (stretched ligaments). lou.roch._bn_n Be careful ! I had the same problem 4 months ago, It was a little stretch of the ligaments like you. I stopped climbing but I was not resting. It got worse, and finnaly after two month I had a fragile ankle ane I didn't climb all this time. Now I have another ankle injured, it is way worse, now I need serious reeducation because if I don't my ankle will be fragile for life. So be careful
