Baby sleeping. House is clean. This weeks podcast recorded. One single day of book edits left (YOU WILL GET TO SEE THE COVER NEXT MONTH!!!). I made a cup of tea and then had one of those moments I so rarely get; of looking around wondering... What now? What an absolute luxury that is, suddenly having the space to feel into your body and look around and be totally open and free to decide what’s next. A swim? Paint? Read a book? For me, the answer is almost always this. Yoga. To move and breathe and let that space fill me all the way to the tips of my fingers and toes. ⁣
