Pre-preggy, I could bend my body into so many shapes that I never thought I could do. I loved every part of practicing yoga, even if I fell over or hurt myself, I still got back up stronger and more willed than ever to succeed. The challenges and the highs it gave me were addictive. I craved it every. Single. Day. Nowadays, I practice the whole lifestyle of yoga and I still get the highs, but if anything I’m more CONTENT than ever, thanks to yoga (not the asanas), it has taught me to look at life in a more positive perspective.
