@jordynnloghry Marketing & advertising. Unless within a Harvard MBA or doctoral program of equivalent league, it's now considered "useless" by most career strategists (online articles available), as they now oversaturate the undergraduate pool. As employers, we know they're easy to obtain along with other undergraduate degrees in psychology and communications. If we consider a Bachelor's in M&A, we look for PROVEN creative individuals that are usually top writers and performers (cum laude+/high GPA); interning or working in the field prior to graduation is critical to beating out the other applicants.
While M&A students should pursue what they love, and work super hard at it, they also need to plan for a graduate program and/or work experience, ideally earning awards or accolades. In an over-saturated field, which includes digital & social media marketing, millions of young adults are competing for a modest pool of jobs at depressed wages with limited benefits (reports online). Anyway...that was more than you wanted to know, but hopefully it helps some parent/child that comes across this comment. :)

@lindsayy.21 Some degrees are easier & faster to obtain from certain colleges, especially if you have "early start/fast track" credits from high school. Also, some students don't have to work to put themselves thru school or even to pay rent, bills, and buy food. SO BE PROUD of your own ambitions and hard work. An Associate degree will increase your earning potential, and open doors to many universities should you decide to earn a Bachelor's, or graduate degree. You should be proud of yourself! You go girl!! ?

@aldc.diamond check out her linked in account. Her resume is impressive. She graduated summa cum laude with a 3.86 GPA. I know people who party all the time, but when it’s time to study and hit the books they do. Just because you didn’t see her studying doesn’t mean she wasn’t ??♀️

@danisnow08 and when she was on dance moms, she had to take time off of highschool! Like damn, shes really smart. So impressive! She 100% has bragging rights with this!

@niaswiki I didn’t say she was lying...I’m just seriously asking how that’s possible. I’d love to do the same but I think I’d have to choose one or the other lol
