I made these Zucchini Tacos 🌮, and I have to say…they were muy deliciosa! (Excuse my spanglish lol). Recipe down below! 🌮 Directions 🌮 STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350º Degrees STEP 2: Cut zucchinis in half and scoop out the inside with a spoon. Make sure not to scoop too much! STEP 3: Place your zucchinis into a baking dish and drizzle or brush olive oil onto them. Add salt and pepper! STEP 4: Bake in oven for about 23 minutes STEP 5: Sauté chopped onion in olive oil STEP 6: Add ground turkey and stir in tomato sauce and taco seasoning. STEP 7: Let it simmer and cook for about 5-7 minutes 👩🏼‍🍳 STEP 8: Take the cooked taco meat and spoon it into the zucchini. Sprinkle some Mexican shredded cheese on top 🧀 STEP 9: Place zucchinis back into the oven and let the cheese melt!
