Working on stability while my ankle heals up! This injury was a major wake up call—I’m beginning to understand the importance of recovery between sessions. Definitely was a result of overtraining. It’s tricky trying to figure out when to push yourself and when to chill the f out! Gonna start regularly checking my HRV because I’m terrible about “listening to my body”.. like wtf does that even mean. Even when I’m dead ass tired or sick or injured, I usually just tell myself to stop being a lil biotch so I’m clearly not the best on listening to body cues 💁🏻‍♀️ ...work in progress... Thanks to @outdoorvoices and @hypeblonde for this cute ass outfit ❤️ these leggings are SO soft, I could live in them.
