The last year has been an eye-opening practice of prioritization. What is most important to me? How do I arrange my time to get everything done? The truth is I haven’t figured it out yet, but I can sense when one part or another is falling way behind. Right now it’s my overall physical strength, and there’s some serious catching up to do 😅 I have no definitive goals at the moment but I’m feeling more psyched on training than I have in a long time. There are definitely gains to be made 😁
