Thank you @yahoofinance for having me on live last week, and allowing me to share my thoughts on the impact social media has on our self image and self esteem. As well the dangers of potentially damaging and misleading diet ADs and the impact toxic diet culture is having on our society.
I’ve been using this platform for over 6years and I’ve loved using my voice to share things that are important to me and hopefully continue my mission of challenge media and social media to be a safer place for our mental wellness and promote healthy happy body image and self worth based on who we are not a perfected unrealistic beauty ideal that often saturates the media we consume.
