What is your big ‘WHY!’ Honestly sit back and think about it why do you want to change your current routine, maybe eat better, be more active, take on a challenge,lose weight!? What is the reason? And that is your WHY. • Then make a REALISTIC plan of action, stay consistent, stay committed and congratulate/reward yourself along the way! • YOU ARE WORTH IT!!🙌🏽💪🏼 • But also don’t be afraid to ask for help, support & advice to keep you on track. As we all know what it’s like we get that gym membership, stock up the fridge with veggies and get a new gym bra. It starts off so well and then the novelty where’s off and the excuses begin!!! You know what I’m talking about! 😏 ‘sod it I’ll have a lay in and miss my workout this morning I’m tired!’ ‘I’ll start fresh Monday I’ve ruined all my hard work now’ Monday never comes.. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ That’s actually why I chose this photo for this caption. • Half the way up this mountain I turned to @ryanthomas84 and said ‘l’m tired I don’t think I can make it, let’s come back another day’ he picked me up gave me a big kiss and said ‘YES you can imagine that view at the top it will be so worth it and that feeling of achievement!’ • 15 mins until we reached the top.
