We weren't even sure we were going to release it. It's just a discussion of everything we were thinking as we got ready to be parents for the first time. The most helpful thing for us during the pregnancy was listening to other people's stories. Having a baby has opened my eyes to how different people's experiences of childbirth and child rearing are. And even though we had our ups and downs, I feel so fortunate to have come away with a healthy, happy baby. The least I can do is share our experience with others, in the hopes that maybe someone else will find it helpful.
