The irony is that the same platform I was bashing was the same platform that spoke back to me with guidance and understanding from the community I have developed here. ❤️ thank you to each and every one of you (friend, family, follower) who reached out, texted, called, or commented to reminded me that we all struggle with similar feelings (they are NORMAL) and should be embraced, and breathed through. yesterday was a firm reminder that I am not alone, we are surely toughest on ourselves, and sometimes it just takes a bit of perspective to feel grateful for what we’ve got. can’t have the highs without the lows. ⚡️side note: loud music, exercise, and talking with loved ones is what really helped me get out of my funk yesterday 🙃」5月10日 8時16分
