Try coconut! It's not so high in protein but it have almost every aminoacid, so you will make sure you don't miss any. For me the best protes are chicken, sardines and eggs because are the most sustainable to produce.

We are vegan! Tofu, nuts, beans, etc. When gym training I use vegan protein powder in a shake with frozen bananas. I know when My body is going through protein stress because I smell bad when working out!
