Lhasa Fast Food, a tiny Tibetan food stall hidden in an arcade in Jackson Heights, is one of the worst-kept chowhound secrets in Queens. Last fall, the owners opened a second, bigger restaurant, in Elmhurst, called Lhasa Fresh Food, which serves traditional dumplings, soups, stir-fries, and noodle dishes that pack plenty of punch.
