Got a big shoot coming up so it doesn’t matter where I am.. I’m gunna train hard and dial in that diet!! 🔪
Time to lean up big time. I’m hoping to make this the leanest/best shape I’ve ever been in. 😛

Now I’ve never cared about weight as long as I’m healthy and happy but I’m currently coming in at 253lbs on a 6’7” frame for the few that ask for my current stats. Body fat % unknown.. lol

And on that note.. I’ll stop talking and I’ll be over here in the gym.. working to live my best life 😏🙌🏽

ladyjade778 Do you think you could come up with ideas for "disability workouts"? I'm facing a double lung transplant but I'm having to have a mandatory gastric sleeve surgery prior to it because my BMI is to high for a safe transplant. But my lungs don't allow me to do much more than walking or swimming (no access to a pool). They are also concerned about weight gain after transplant due to the 3 anti rejection medication I will be on for the rest of my life (all 3 are steroids). I was never large till my health got bad and most "workout programs" don't think about people like me.
