Life is made up of a million tiny moments. One of my favorite things about competing was this moment right here, just before they called my name. It’s one of those rare opportunities to zone out of the world completely, to focus entirely on yourself and what you came to do. I’m learning that even out in the real world, when I’m in a stressful situation or I start to panic, I still need these few seconds just to breath and re-center my thoughts and goals. Sometimes a few seconds is all it takes. That’s my late night rambling post for tonight guys❤️
