Today I am really upset. 😾
It's unconscionable that we are having to work so hard to inspire human beings to DO THE RIGHT THING!
I'm upset because I was thinking about what @vca Animal Hospitals U.S. recently told me about why they won't stop declawing.
(FYI, their colleagues at @vca_canada stopped declawing a YEAR AGO because they say it is inhumane.)

VCA U.S told me this, "As of now, the US veterinary community hasn't reached consensus on a national policy." They went on to say, "As soon as a national policy is finalized, we will let the veterinary community and animal advocates nationwide know."
WTH???? The American veterinary community has had 65 years of mutilating and harming cats by barbarically amputating their toe bones and claws and from profiting from it. (declawing) 😾😾😾💴💰
Why in the world is VCA waiting for a consensus when the majority of declawing vets will NEVER stop amputating the toe bones and claws on cats because most of them make good money from this cat cruelty.
