It’s all about slowing down, taking stock and feeling great, so here is a little more information on what to expect. A chance to learn something new • Yoga and stretch tepee with @sweatybetty - yoga classes ranging in variety and level with some of the best teachers out there • The talks stage- live talks with experts in the well-being world and well known faces telling their stories.
