WISH LESS galleryでは、アートディレクター兼イラストレーターとして、広告や音楽関連など多岐にわたる分野で活躍する伊藤桂司と、ノイズミュージック界のカリスマ、Hair Stylistics(暴力温泉芸者)の中原昌也による初の二人展を開催いたします。「コンポスト=廃棄物の再利用」をテーマに、古雑誌の断片や陳腐なポップスターの肖像写真などを再構築した、共同制作によるコラージュ&ペインティング作品を展示いたします。さらに、本展のために中原が楽曲を作り、音源を収録した限定の7インチレコードも特別販売いたします。 . . WISH LESS gallery is excited to announce Keiji Ito and Masaya Nakahara in their first two-man exhibition ‘ROMANCE ～LOVE COMPOST DUB～’. Keiji Ito works as an art director and illustrator in the advertising, magazine and music industry where he has produced covers for artists such as Tei Towa, SDP, Orange Pekoe etc. Masaya Nakahara is known globally as a living legend of the Japanese noise music scene as Violent Onsen Geisha (a.k.a Hair Stylistics) . In this exhibition we will be showing a new series of collaborative collaged and painted pieces with the theme of ‘compost’, recycling fragments of vintage magazines and banal portraits from pop star photo books.
