It’s a core workout. Time to up the intensity with summer almost here. Make sure to save this one!
Everything is done as a circuit. Perform each exercise then rest 30 second and move on to the next with movement. After you complete all 6 exercises rest 1 min and then repeat two more rounds.
1. L-sit: hold for as long as possible with straight legs.
2. Landmine rotational punch
10 reps with each arm.
3.Sit up to press or hold.
15 reps.
4.TRX atomic pushups
8 reps.
5. 45 degree side crunch.
12 reps each side.
6. Knee ups. To the side middle and then other side.
As many a possible with good form!
