I workout for peace between the ears. I want to work out to feel healthy. I love that swimming doesn’t put extra stress on my body. I have struggled with back and hip pain for many years. I also often go in the hot tub side for relaxation and recovery. When I saw the Michael Phelps Swim Spa I knew I wanted to try it. Now I’m part of the @masterspas #WinYourDay campaign to encourage others to take time for themselves.
