On Saturday, May 18th, an all-Hawaiian quintet of former WSL Big Wave Tour champions and XXL Big-Wave Award winners — Billy Kemper, Shane Dorian, Kai Lenny, Nathan Florence and Makua Rothman — will star in a 60-minute documentary film produced and directed by Paul Taublieb of the Emmy award- winning Taublieb Films, “The Monster Energy Big Wave Tow-in Invitational.” The movie spotlights an invitational expression session that went down in solid waves at Puena Point on the North Shore of Oahu on March 18th, 2019. Tune in on ABC television at 2pm Eastern, 1pm Pacific and 10am Hawaiian time, in alignment with the World of X Games.
