jcienna To Pro Life preachers: Those of you who believe that someone is a bad person because they made the hard decision to abort a baby.. just know its more complex than calling it murder. By denying a woman the ability to decide when she becomes a mother, that is taking away a right that she is entitled to. It is HER body. Without HER body HER baby that belongs to HER would not be able to survive on its own. So long as this lump of cells is only in the early stages of development, it is not tearing apart or murdering a fetus in cold blood. The cells do not have thoughts, does not have a brain & does not possess the complexity to understand what is happening to them. You act like they are looking a child in their eyes and taking a knife to their neck. A woman goes through enough internally when going through this process. Sexual intercourse has become more than just procreation. This is 2019. Not 1920. If the bible insists this is wrong, we can go over the millions of other “sins” that take place daily and then maybe once those are taken care of, we can focus on the morality of abortions. As of now, if you are a male, you have no right to tell a woman who is not your own wife what they should do or how they should live. If you’re so worried about tomorrows youth, visit an orphanage and spend quality time with the children that are already out of the womb and on their own. Understand just because you would not want yourself to have an abortion, does not mean that is what the next woman wants. We are all different. We all start motherhood at different times in our lives. We all make mistakes are are entitled to be able to fix them. If it is not your child in the womb. Do not speak on it. You have zero opinion on anyone but your own kin. Spread understanding. Spread willingness to accept you cannot control everyone. mellieloves I don’t agree with restricting all rights/options, but DO NOT support Planned Parenthood! there are local clinics that actually educate and give ultrasounds and support before and during pregnancies such as @clarishealth in west Los Angeles. I am for women’s health education and community support. I was saved by divine intervention from God from being aborted at a hospital before my mom believed in Him. A nurse “angel” literally talked to her and encouraged her. That was it. I am alive for a reason and I am now saving lives. God has a purpose for everyone and every child. There are young women forced to get abortions due to sex trafficking and Planned parenthood does not even report it. We need to help support the woman and not blame or hate them either. There are other options. Please do not say it’s your body or “her” body as a follower of Christ @selenagomez because once you are saved, it is not just your body. It is a holy temple and God wants us to help women and save babies at the same time.
