A lot of ladies have been asking "What are the BEST healthy snacks for me to have during the day?". I recommend around 2 snacks per day! One in the late morning and one in the late afternoon. For me, one of these snacks will generally be FRIUT salad. If I am feeling like I want more, I will add greek yoghurt with honey and cinnamon on the side!
