"On GoProHERO7 Black, I usually use 4K at 30fps or 2.7k 4:3 at 60fps. The 4:3 aspect ratio gives you room to play with framing and is great for cropping to square or vertical for social media. I use 2.7k 4:3 at 60fps when I want to slow action down. Otherwise, I use 4k at 30fps for the freedom to adjust framing in post."
