3rd grade year 2001, age 7. I remember Ms Gossman had a pile of books in the middle of the classroom, she told everyone to pick out a book and we’d get to write a biography on the person of our choosing. I chose Shakespeare - why? I have a no idea, I’d never been to a play before let alone knew who he was but I was fascinated. 18 years later, here we are my first play - #macbeth and it feels pretty wild.
It’s been a dream of mine to work in the theater, I always wanted to start with classical text because of the rich language, structure, personal demand, and history. So it’s a true honor to work on this riveting material WITH AN ALL FEMALE CAST NO LESS lead by our badass director #ericaschmidt.
And to have one of my besties, @isabellefur lead us as Macbeth, I couldn’t be more thrilled. I’m #SHOOKETH #GodisGood
