RIASIMさんのインスタグラム動画 - (RIASIMInstagram)「Good morning! 💛 Awhile ago I posted via story about how I froze tested @tartinebakery croissant and many of you messaged me and asked some details so I thought to write it in a post so this way if you guys ever want to try, you can refer to this post! ✨ . 1️⃣when purchasing the croissant...make sure you either have them put in the small brown pastry bag or ask to take some with you. 2️⃣place croissant inside the pastry bag (1 croissant per bag). Then put inside a freezer gallon size bag. A typical gallon bag can fit 3-4 croissants. Freeze till you want to eat them. 3️⃣preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place croissant (minus pastry bag of course) onto a baking sheet. Heat for 15 minutes. Some oven temp varies ...so check. After 15 minutes, take out croissant. Cut to make sure it heated all the way through. If not add another 5-8 minutes. 4️⃣ take out of oven and ENJOY! Btw: I froze my Tartine croissant for 4 months and it was still as fresh as the day I bought them after I baked it in the oven! It was truly AMAZING!! I’m really impressed with their croissants and it passed my “4 months in the freezer test!!” Oh, and you can freeze their baguettes and breads too!! Perfect when toasted!! Another thing I learn not to long ago is that you can pre-order their croissants (min 6 per pre-order) a couple of days ahead via phone.
