Here’s what I’m contemplating this morning: most of us wake up and immediately “connect.” Connect with instagram, with anyone’s who’ve texted or sent an email in the previous few hours. But how many of us wake up and *connect* with ourselves first? With Spirit? With our gratitude and with our intentions for how we want to show up in the world that day? Today, let’s shift how we approach “connection” in the mornings. Expand the definition to include yourself and your higher power / creative muse / Source. And then let me know how it shifts the experiences you encounter throughout your day... ☕️☀️💖
