This is what my dog sees when I come home from rehearsal.
It’s the final month of the Nike Run Club challenge and my legs hurt. I was so nervous to partake in this challenge, but I’m glad I did. This 5 month running challenge has definitely shown me how out of shape I am, but more importantly, it’s shown me that running is about more than running, it’s about staying active and living healthier.
For those who joined me, thanks for coming along with me on this journey. For those who haven’t tried yet, I recommend it. I was nervous too, but you got this. It’s really cool to try new things and push yourself to get more out of life.
