This salad is one of my favorite combinations of heirloom tomato and avocado 😋 I added a bunch of cilantro and Thai basil. Touch of olive oil 👌🏻 all ingredients are New Yorkers except an avocado who is probably Mexican 😄 •
Eating healthy is easy and delicious. Most of the time no cooking needed. Just chop fresh ingredients, add herbs and dress in a tasty homemade dressing. For a dressing I personally love the combo of hemp seeds + lemon juice + olive oil + coconut nectar (for sweetener to balance out the taste). •
When you start eating healthy your body receives all the necessary nutrients with raw fresh food. One of the benefits that I noticed is that I stoped craving unhealthy food. It happens because your body is nurtured on a cellular level by getting all the necessary vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, carbs and sugars. You start craving things like fresh crisp cucumber or an apple 😋
