This salad is one of my favorite combinations of heirloom tomato and avocado 😋 I added a bunch of cilantro and Thai basil. Touch of olive oil 👌🏻 all ingredients are New Yorkers except an avocado who is probably Mexican 😄 •
Eating healthy is easy and delicious. Most of the time no cooking needed. Just chop fresh ingredients, add herbs and dress in a tasty homemade dressing. For a dressing I personally love the combo of hemp seeds + lemon juice + olive oil + coconut nectar (for sweetener to balance out the taste). •
When you start eating healthy your body receives all the necessary nutrients with raw fresh food. One of the benefits that I noticed is that I stoped craving unhealthy food. It happens because your body is nurtured on a cellular level by getting all the necessary vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, carbs and sugars. You start craving things like fresh crisp cucumber or an apple 😋

Do you a substitute for hemp seeds? Unfortunately I am subjected to drug tests in the line of work that I do. Hemp seeds would show up as marijuana in most cases. I'll be retiring soon and not have to worry about it but will endure the inconvenience for a bit longer. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

What would you recommend for someone fasting? Today (in manchester) it's from 2:50am (dawn) to (sunset) 9:20pm (no food or water between these times). I get thirsty but drink plenty water before dawn. Hunger i can control. What juices or meals would you have to sustain you for 19hours?

Compliments for the right scientific explanation. I agree with you. In fact with cooking some thermolabile vitamins and minerals are lost and even some essential amino acid contained in the proteins are lost ??
