Started craving Mexican and THIS happened 🤷🏻‍♀️...

Bubbling black beans w/ bay, cinnamon, onion, garlic, 🌶🌶 , cumin, coriander, stock and lime.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sliced flat-iron steak 🌮’s, red rice, peppers, onion, garlic, tomato paste, fresh peas, chili, smoked paprika, s+p.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Roasted 5 poblanos + 5 tomatillos w/ onion, garlic, honey, lime, cumin and salt for Poblano Salsa alongside queso fresco, pickled watermelon radishes, crema and jalapeños.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
...and all this started w/ ✨BREAKFAST NACHOS✨ baked tortilla chips w/ pinto bean sauce, pepper jack and chorizo topped w/ pico de gallo, guac, crema, edible flowers, serrano sauce and, of course, a 🍳!!
