As an individual athlete, so much of what I do is in isolation. It’s a big reason why I have always enjoyed competing in relays. I’ve been doing relays since I was 11. I still remember my first team race at @littleathsaust ✌As funny as it may seem, I sometimes actually get more nervous for relays than I do for my individual events, purely because I don’t want to let anyone else down. But the memories you create together last a lifetime 🙏
