Do you guys warm up before training?? Even tho it’s not necessary its highly crucial because it gets your muscles ready for activity. Without warming up, you not only risk injury but you also get less from your workout ..a warm-up takes care of that, making you feel stronger and faster from the start. I like to warm up walking a moderate speed on a high incline, or 2-3 minutes of jump rope!! And don’t forget to stretch!!!
