-cop blatantly lies and says this guy has a gun. He did not.
-cop demands he turn off his car but a few seconds later says “I’m not going to shoot you but you not gonna move those hands”. So which is it? The guy’s life is literally hanging in the balance and this cop can’t even get it together enough to give him clear instructions that won’t result in him being fucking murdered on the spot.
