I painted my nails green to keep the conversation about mental health going without fear or shame. We have all felt the heaviness of depression and/or anxiety or watched a loved one struggle with these feelings. Let’s eliminate the negative stigma of mental health so we can get to the core of the problems and begin to heal together. nlgriffey Let me say thank you @pejvahdat for someone who suffers from from depression and anxiety. 2 years ago i had wrote my suicide note and at the last minute i asked for help from my family and friends. It's hard went you think everyone would be better off without you but, them telling you leaving them with the hurt. So take the stand and fight for yourself and take a day at a time. It will take time but, after i had a bad car accident and could have died a year ago I'm glad i am alive and hear to help and listen for who ever wants help. So fight for yourself. Mental health is hard

missjenn208 @pejvahdat Thank you! She was diagnosed with chronic clinical depression & anxiety. She just turned 18. It has been a journey these last 5 years. As a mom, it has been the hard. I am proud of her for using art work as an outlet rather than self harm. Utilizing her safety plan and surrounding herself with wonderful friends and an amazing counselor. We are grateful everyday. Thank you so much. ???

missjenn208 Thank you so much! As a mom, supporting a child with chronic depression - I am so grateful the conversation of awareness has been more open. Especially within these last 5 years or so. It makes a difference for those we love and those of us who love and support them. ?

kayleeventresca Hands look very pretty, amazing job, more people need to be more open to stuff like this, getting a tattoo in a month for #mentalhealthawareness, more people need to stop getting left untreated because their symptoms are pushed aside so many people fighting alone
