What I learnt today is that @lucymeck1 and @resultswithcecilia are absolute fitness machines, I had to take this selfie of myself just to have a break from the workout. 😂💪🏼 I was super nervous to do a group workout after being injured as I worried I wouldn't be fit enough. But not only did I not have to worry, it's was a really supportive environment, and I have to remind myself that not everyone is an Olympic athlete and most people in group classes are of varying abilities. It was super fun doing a @resultswithlucy class in the open air around friends, and I'm feeling inspired to download her new app. 🤘🏼💓 Also, yes that is a white tattoo on my wrist.
