Did you know it was this exact spot where Stevie & I first fell in love with this cozy tucked away 1940s property 😍 We were extremely early for the open house like two first-time home buying dumb dumbs and we accidentally walked onto the property before showtime lol oops. I was also pregnant at the time (but didn’t know it yet!) so instantly I felt drawn to this house & might have even whispered, “this is where we’re going to have baby #1!” It’s funny how it all worked out. God was probably smiling down thinking, “oh you just wait and see what I have in store for you...” I’ll never forget all the sweet memories we got to make in this house. All the laughs, all the gatherings, all the morning quiet times & the Teeny times and of course the endless videos I recorded for my channel connecting with all of you. I was so emotional last night when we packed up everything (YouTube fam knows wassup) but i woke up today feeling so grateful as we close this chapter. I couldn’t help but remember all the previous growth chapters of my life that led me here. Aka flashbacks to growing up in a 3 bedroom apartment with my family of 7 for a majority of my young life. A place where my parents had to work hard to make the rent every month and laying in bed some nights, I would wonder if I was ever going to have my own room (I didn’t get my own room until I was a sophomore in high school) - so fast forward to now. To even be in a position like this where we’re looking to upgrade and grow our family is a complete blessing and crazy dream come true for me. Yes hard work pays off, but the fact that God had His hand on my life then and He still got me now is what makes me smile from ear to ear. I was also reminded that no matter where we live, my family is my home 💞 Our next house is going to be a place where we will plant ourselves for many years to come. A home where we will welcome all of our children (God willing!) into this world. It’s out there somewhere. God never disappoints so I know He is cooking up something special just for us.
