With 25 years of experience—from her current work at Vogue to her early days at The Village Voice—Yaeger occupies a particular place in the industry: She’s revered not just for her incisive, witty, and intuitive writing, but also for her unwavering, throughly unique style. Chances are, you already knew most of this. What you may not know is the depth of Yaeger's kindness, humor, and humility, not to mention what it's like to be one of her (many, many!) fashion friends.
