Big Sur • perfect place to quiet the noise, escape into the trees, gain some perspective & be reminded that life doesn’t always have to move at such a rapid pace. Fedor & I have been wanting to visit Big Sur for years & this beautiful locale certainly didn’t disappoint. My favorite part of the trip, though: The 6 hour drive from LA. Driving up the coast with music on, windows down & nothing but fields & coastline was truly magical. Something tells me this won’t be our last #pch road trip/adventure... 🚗✨

essvee82 If you have the chance I HIGHLY recommend taking Amtrak's Coast Starlight train either up to NorCal or all the way to Seattle!! It's beyond beautiful and such a relaxing trip (the glass-roof observatory car is swoon-worthy and then some) ???

mymaddygirl I’m so glad you were able to make the trip, and with Miss Bilbo. Your pictures were beautiful. Sometimes it takes practice learning to slow down and being able to take in the beauty that is Mother Nature. ???
