Now I’m heading back to tour for a headline show tonight in Portugal (NICE!) then we rejoin @teddysphotos stadium tour (!!). I’m not great at early mornings, but this one got me thinking… when I was 13 I realised I *had* to own my own guitar. I’d fallen in love with this instrument and all I wanted to do was play, ALL the time. I was too young to get a proper job so I would get up at 5am before school, cycle into town in the dark and help set up stalls in the local market for a few quid in cash. I saved up to buy a guitar and I spent every minute I possibly could playing it. Didn’t do a single bit of maths homework. Sometimes time just feels like it’s flown by. Nowadays I get up at 5am to go to radio stations or TV studios or photoshoots. To play music I created on my guitar! Blame it on the early start – but I’m just feeling reflective and incredibly grateful. And I’ve got all you lot joining me on this journey. Wow. Thank you x」5月31日 18時13分
