I have always wanted to take care of my skin & apart from the small psoriasis I have in places , i think it’s in pretty good condition lately & I want to share some reasons why I think that is. This is not an ad, just a simple share of my personal experience! Apart from using good skincare products like @esteelauderuk ‘Advanced night repair’ most nights before bed, their eye serum & a good moisturiser from them, @givenchybeauty or @olayuk i do a lot of masks & I can’t recommend my @jesswrightbeauty vitamin c one enough as well as the cleansing wipes, I use them every day & both products are just £1 @poundland I also love juicing & often do it as it makes me feel good inside, helps fights colds & flu & also think it makes my skin glow. I have used a few companies such as @plenishdrinks also @ogjuicelondon & @juicynraw 👌🏼 One huge thing is changing the water I shower in & drink at home. I began with having an Alkoniser fitted in my house as apparently alkaline is the way forward 🙌🏼 I then had a @harveywatersofteners #gifted Water softener fitted & they both have made a huge difference to my skin, hair & health. Aside from these I also have been having hydra facials @hhskin_ @ozzierizzo and they leave my skin feeling extremely clean & hydrated. Although let’s keep it real, please don’t be fooled, I also live a very hectic & party lifestyle but it’s all about balance right!
