Core Burning Circuit 🔥
Now let’s be real, this workout is about as functional as a chocolate teapot. It isn’t going to build the strongest or most stable core, BUT it will give you a satisfying and sculpting ab burn - and if I’m honest, sometimes that’s what we crave from a workout 😝
➡️ Sliding Crunches (brace your core and engage your pelvic floor before you lift your chest up).
➡️ Oblique Toe Taps (relax your jaw and lift with your core to avoid neck strain).
➡️ Bicycle Crunches (a classic, I like to take these slowly and focus on squeezing on each rep) 🔥
Go for 30 seconds of each exercise followed by 1 minute rest after the full circuit. Repeat for 3-5 times depending on how savage you’re feeling 💀
