My first attempt to do a twin look with this little one. First she was wearing a similar stripe top, but then clothes got wet so had to change to this navy onesie...

Also found that the diaper changing room at this museum was so bad. Tiny, hot and so hard to find. Different things you start to notice once you have a baby...

The baby rooms that I saw in Tokyo were wonderful. They were large, had multiple change tables, a microwave for warming up formula, and even private rooms for breastfeeding. We adopted our little one when she was one month old, so we were tired, inexperienced first-time parents in a foreign country. Those baby rooms were like an oasis to us when we were brave enough to go out. ? After we returned home, we were so disappointed with our city's baby rooms even though they are better than some other places. Anyway, I love your style and IG feed. Thanks for sharing with us! ?

Hahahaha yes i learned the hard way to change Oscar’s clothes into a pretty outfit that I wanted, just before the photo or event because he would either be sick on, or wee on the first one. It gets better though! Now he’s 6 months old he doesn’t need as many clothes changes at all. I think our record in the early months was four outfit changes in one day... and yes, exactly, start visiting places based on where is friendly for changing and feeding!
You look lovely by the way!

@ydkma oh wow good to know around 6 months you won’t need to change so often ??? I’m changing her like 4-5 times a day ?? it took me a while to take the first step out of my comfort zone (home) to outside. Simply because I’m afraid to become a nuisance (maybe a Japanese side of me kicks in) ? but baby sleeps instantly when we go out ? I didn’t have to worry so much in the end ??

Absolutely agree with the things we start to notice. baby rooms at shopping malls could be more quieter. My boy gets so distracted when being breastfed. And they don’t have to be that bright too!

@julesdenby exactly!!! Just to try to find an elevator is another hassle ? and then have to skip a few times because there’s tons of people in it who can just take the escalator ??

Awww love this babe! Hahaha and I totally get it. Things you never noticed until you have a child! Like where is the elevator when you have a stroller?!?
