2⃣ Side Clams (3 x 20 per side)
3⃣ Split Stance Lunges (4 x 20 per side)
4⃣ Cable Kickback with 2 Pulses (4 x 15 per side)
5⃣ B-Stance Deadlift - 4 x 15 per side
