There are a few non-fiction authors that always spring to mind but one that I usually recommend if they haven’t already read it is Viktor Frankl’s ‘Man’s Search for Meaning’. A small book with a big message. Someone recommended it to me as a 19 year old and it had a big impact on me and is one I try and revisit every now and then.
