Dad .. I can’t believe it’s been 3 years .. everyday I can feel you around me .. I know your watching over all of us especially your grandson Christopher John.. I show him your picture everyday and I swear it’s like he recognizes you .. he reaches out every time to touch the picture .. I truly believe you got him ready for his journey with us.. and as he gets older he’ll know all the amazing and crazy stories of his Grandpa..and how much he would have spoiled and loved him if he was still here ..I wish I could say it’s gotten easier .. but I’ve just learned to continue living with a piece of my heart missing .. but I know your up in heaven so proud of the Parents me and Chris have become .. Everyday I look at CJ i see so much of you in him.. weirdly when he sleeps he looks so much like you.. I think it’s his eye lids lol .. and he has your smile too.. that contagious smile that everyone loved .. today we’ll go visit you at the cemetery and then go to dinner to celebrate your life .. We love and miss you so much dad ❤️ This life will be good and beautiful .. but not without heart break .. in death comes peace but pain is the cause of living .. like love it’s how we know we’re alive
But That’s the promise of peace after a long life .. we will find each other again
