Bit obsessed with @emiliaspasta #invite Carb-loading was totally worth it with the (much thicker than the usual) Pappardelle - 4 hour slow cooked béchamel bolognese: heavy and rich in flavour. Casarecce with basil pesto and the handmade ravioli with organic lamb with butter and sage sauce were much lighter dishes. My favourite was the ravioli with lamb, thought the sauce was spot-on. 😋😋😋 #handmade #italian #foodstagram #italianfood #toplondonrestaurants 📷: @mchan4b
