Bit obsessed with @emiliaspasta #invite Carb-loading was totally worth it with the (much thicker than the usual) Pappardelle - 4 hour slow cooked béchamel bolognese: heavy and rich in flavour. Casarecce with basil pesto and the handmade ravioli with organic lamb with butter and sage sauce were much lighter dishes.
